he received from a law suit against a doctor in Greenville NC. He was given
formaldehyde by mistake while being a patient in Pitt Memorial Hospital in
Greenville, NC. This happened in the earlier 60's. This picture was taken
in Georgia after he and Alice had separated. He was managing a Hardees' restaurant.
