Ennis Edward Buddy Man'' Rose Jr., 71, of Route 1, Box 240, Moyock, died Tuesday, Jan. 24, 1995, at Chesapeake General Hospital. He was a native of Currituck County, a member of Moyock Baptist Church and was a retired farmer and logger. Mr. Rose was the son of the late Ennis Edward Rose Sr. and the late Eunice Sawyer Rose and was the husband of Mrs. Nora Baker Rose of the home. Besides his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Mary Rose Romm of Currituck; three sons, William Billy'' Rose of Currituck, Ronnie Rose and Paul Cecil Rose, both of Moyock, N.C.; one son-in-law, Robert H. Romm; three daughters-in-law, Debra Y. Rose, Lisa P. Rose and Janet W. Rose. He is also survived by five sisters, Marion Cotter of Shawboro, Vivian Hodges of Chesapeake, Clara Phelps of Gainesville, Ga., Alma Rountree of South Mills, and Juanita Harris of Hertford; two brothers, Louis ``Little Bud'' Rose and Thomas L. Rose, both of Moyock; and eight grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at Moyock Baptist Church at 3 p.m. Friday by the Rev. Vic Ramsey. Burial will follow in Moyock Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will greet friends and relatives Thursday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in Twiford Memorial Chapel, Church Street, Elizabeth City. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Moyock Baptist Church Building Fund.
