Shared note	TOMMY R.WHITE SR. CHESAPEAKE Tommy R. White Sr., 65, of the 900 block of Haledon Road passed away December 30, 2005, in Chesapeake. A native of Askewville, NC, he was the son of the late Gency and Benny Foster White. He was a member of Local Union No. 79 Iron Workers ofr 43 years where he was affectionately know as "Blue". Many friends and loved ones will miss him dearly and hold cherished memories in their hearts forever. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Jannie White; a daughter, Karen Privott; two sons, Tommy R. White Jr. and his wife Tammie and Kenny White and his wife Karen, all of Chesapeake; five grandchildren, Lynda, Kenny and Kevin White and Eric and Scott Privott; three sisters, Annie May Bazemore, Helen Fuller and Eunice Castelow, all of North Carolina; and one brother, Ollie White of Chesapeake. He was preceded in death by a brother, Fitchew White. A funeral will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in Graham Funeral Home, Greenbriar Chapel, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
