Funeral services for Mrs. Florence Maud Tayloe of Owensville, Mo. were conducted Monday afternoon at a funeral home in Owensville. The Rev. H. P. Baur of the United Church of Christ officiated. Interment was in the Owensville City cemetery. Mrs. Tayloe died July 2, 1965 at a nursing home in Normandy after an illness of several months. She was born at Oak Hill, April 6, 1886 a daughter of Alfred and Louise Venson Rector. She was married December 27, 1905 at Bem to Charles E. Tayloe who preceded her in death. Surviving are three children, Arvil Tayloe of Owensville; and Virgil Tayloe abd Mrs. Ione Myers both of St. Louis; and seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Also surviving is one brother, Norman Rector of Oak Hill; and seven half brothers and half sisters including Charles Rector, Des Moines, Ia; Mrs. Myrtle Roland, Dexter; Mrs. Iva McCan, Union; Mrs. Elma Thompson, Belle; Frank Rector, Cuba; Oscar Rector and Dennis Rector, of Washington, MO.
