EDDIE LUTHER MORRIS Eddie Luther Morris, 53, died Wednesday, March 23, 2005 in Duke University Medical Center. Mr. Morris was born in Bertie County on November 30, 1951 to the late Carrie Belle Hoggard Morris and Aubrey Wilson Morris, Sr. He was a former employee of Proctor & Gamble, Inc. and a member of Bethany Baptist Church. Funeral services were held on Saturday, March 26, 2005 at 11:00 am at Bethany Baptist Church by the Rev. Tommy Tripp. Burial followed in Hillcrest Cemetery, Colerain. He is survived by his daughter, Carrie M. Harrell of Elizabeth City, NC and his brother, Aubrey W. Morris Jr. of Wendell, NC The family received friends, Friday, March 25, 2005 at Walker Funeral Home, Windsor and at other times from the home of Jim Morris in Colerain.
