COLERAIN - Lizzie Lillie Castellow Farless, 93, of the 2000 block of NC 45 North, died Aug 5 2004, in Chesapeake General Hospital. Mrs Farless was a native of Bertie County, NC and the daughter of the late David and Modest Casper Castellow. She was the widow of Howard Jackson Farless, a member of Colerain Baptist Church and a homemaker. Surviving are two sons, Lathan Farless of Summerville, SC and Ruben Farless of Chesapeake; four grandchildren, Angela Phillips, Kevin Farless, Alethia Raynor and Stephanie Farless; and two great-grandchildren, Byrce Phillips and Laverne Phillips. A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Colerain Baptist Church with the Revs. Garland Cline and Charles Moseley officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Garrett Funeral Home, Ahoskie, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today and other times at the home. |
