James Therlo Herron, age 66, of Camp Creek Road, Whittier, NC passed away Thursday morning, June 12, 2003 at Swain County Hospital. A native of Hazel Creek, and a 1955 graduate of Swain County High School, Mr. Herron had been a resident of Jackson County for the past 40 years. He was a Land Surveyor, in business since 1959, with offices in Swain, Jackson and Haywood Counties. Mr. Herron was the son of the late Nathan Earnest and Josie Laney Herron. A brother, Harlan Herron, precedes him in death. |
