Catherine Perry Henry, 76, died Dec. 24, 1991. Mrs. Henry was born in Bertie County. She was the widow of Lee Stanley Henry and a member of Wakelon Baptist Church. Survivors include a daughter, Alice H. Wilson of Ahoskie; two sons, Patrick L. Henry of Hertford and Lynn T. Henry of Windsor; five sisters, Martha Baker of Hubbard, Texas, Elsie Williams and Ester Perry, both of Colerain, Joyce Perry of Ahoskie and Carolyn Lassiter of Manteo; three brothers, Randolph Perry and Wallace Perry, both of Colerain, and John E.M. Perry of Ahoskie; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Wakelon Baptist Church by the Rev. Daniel Spell. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery. Friends may join the family from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at Walker Funeral Home, Windsor. Memorial donations may be made to Roanoke-Chowan Hospice. |
